AROMASIN® is indicated for adjuvant treatment of postmenopausal women with estrogen receptor positive early breast cancer who have received two to three years of tamoxifen and are switched to AROMASIN® for completion of a total of five consecutive years of adjuvant hormonal therapy. Aromasin® is indicated for the treatment of advanced breast cancer in women with natural or induced postmenopausal status whose disease has progressed following tamoxifen therapy.

Cytosar is indicated primarily for induction and maintenance of remission in acute myeloblastic leukemia of both adults and children. It has also been found useful in the treatment of other leukemia. CYTOSAR® may be used alone or in combination with other antineoplastic agents. Children with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma have benefited from a combination drug program that includes cytarabine. CYTOSAR® alone or in combination with other drugs (methotrexate, hydrocortisone sodium succinate) is used intrathecally for prophylaxis or treatment of meningeal leukemia.

Zavedos is an antimitotic and cytotoxic agent. Acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) in the adult. Idarubicin is capable of inducing a remission both as a first-line therapy and in patients with recurrences or refractory. Acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) in the adult and child as a second-line treatment. Zavedos capsules are indicated in the treatment of the advanced stages of carcinoma of the breast after failure of first line chemotherapy, not including the use of anthracyclines, or in patients who no longer respond to hormone therapy.
Zavedos may be used in combination with other anticancer drugs.
