The Pfizer Dalian Plant is the manufacturing facility of Pfizer Pharmaceutical Limited and gained the first Chinese GMP certificate-GMP 0001 in April 1997. The Dalian Plant has become the supplier of PGM in the Asia-Pacific region. Besides to supporting the local market, its products have been approved for exportation to Australia, Japan, and many other countries and regions.

Pfizer Pharmaceutical Wuxi Co., Ltd. Is the supply organization in China for Pfizer's oncology products. It was established in September 1995 and received its GMP certification in November 1999. The plant owns the world's leading manufacturing facilities and manufacturing process and masters the advanced analytical testing technologies. The plant mainly manufactures the lyophilized oncology products such as Pharmorubicin RD 10mg, 50mg and Adriamycin 10mg.

Suzhou Capsugel Limited established in 1986, is a joint venture company that manufactures and markets empty hard capsules. It is the largest and most advanced capsule manufacturing plant based in China. The majority share holder is Capsugel a division of Pfizer. The Coni-Snap is the world's leading brand in two-piece gelatin capsules, the first choice for leading pharmaceutical and dietary supplement companies for years. Suzhou Capsugel Limited today also produces markets and exports Vcaps, a hard capsule made from Hypromellose.

PAH entered the China market by setting up a Rep. office in 1995. Up to now, PAH has registered and launched a series of innovative animal health products for swine, cattle, poultry and companion animals in China, including vaccines, antibiotics, parasiticides and disinfectant etc. In order to give a higher support to China market a new HQ for Asia Pacific Area was established in Shanghai in November 2007 and our organization in PAH China has been growing and strengthening to provide the services that the market is demanding.

Pfizer Suzhou Animal Health Products Company, Limited was established in October 1995 in Suzhou. The plant is the only Animal Health Products supply organization belonging to the Pfizer Global Manufacturing Group in China. The Suzhou Plant has highly advanced manufacturing facilities and testing technology, and manufactures a range of veterinary products in premix and soluble power. The plant received a GMP Certificate in October 1997, the very first company in China audited simultaneously for a GMP Certificate and a Manufacturing License. In 2005, the Pfizer Global Manufacturing Group declared that the Suzhou plant had become the global supply site for premix products, instead of just supplying products to the Asia-Pacific area as it had done previously. The plant received a GMP Certificate from MHRA in May 2006 and another GMP Certificate from FDA in September 2007. In 2008, the Suzhou Plant has exported its products to 35 countries. It is expected that the plant will export products to 55 countries in 2009.
